Cartoon Movement

A Kindred spirit in the War on Stupid, Cartoon Movement provides a collaborative platform for political cartoons and graphic novels to report on current events.

Tactic: Cartoons

Topic: Politics, Current Events

Brief: Taking control of the Illustrators brigade in the War on Stupid, Cartoon Movement supports comic journalism in its varied forms. From the familiar political cartoons to full on graphic novels used to report on important international issues. As an alternative to, or at the very least an ancillary component of, traditional reporting, these cartoons are a great, quick and easily digestible way of getting the story across. Plus their site gives illustrators of all stripes, even those not associated with a news org, the ability to share their work.
